Small Business Daniel W. Hamilton founded the law firm in 2006. He practices in the areas of family law, probate, business law, and estate planning. Prior to founding the firm, he practiced as an attorney for the law firm Walton, Lantaff, Schroeder, and Carson, LLP in Tampa, FL.

He was born and grew up in the Tampa Bay area, graduating from Brandon Senior High School in 1995. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 1999 with a degree in political science. As an undergraduate, he interned for Senator Connie Mack in Washington D.C. He attended the George Washington University Law School in Washington D.C. and graduated from that institution in 2003. Since then he has practiced law and currently resides in Hillsborough County with his family.
